Healthy Eating for You: Smoothies
Hey all - just a heads up about some great (and inspired) "
Summer smoothies"
recipes. It's a compilation of wonderful and unique smoothie recipes - and the
main thing is they're all natural ingredients.
Real fruit, protein powder, and/or natural flavor enhancers ..
like honey, agave, or
Medjool dates .
